Robert Marchetti is a New York-based, Australian hospitality veteran who has worked his way through the ranks and across continents. Robert has created, owned and operated some of the world’s most recognized and awarded restaurants, bars and hospitality venues.
Constantly excited and amazed by the industry he works in, Robert felt compelled to start this podcast, to give a voice to those seldom heard, gleaning insights and sharing inspiring stories, to give advice and motivation to those listening.
