In this introductory episode of the Raw Hospitality Show, host Robert Marchetti discusses the show concept with his show producer Mark Fallows.
Robert explains his aim for the boots-on-the-ground interview show is to give a voice to those seldom heard from the industry and act as an inspiration to 10 million hospitality folks in the USA (and more than 50 million globally).
Robert discusses that the structure of the show will combine interviews with industry veterans (and some celebrities) to explore their vulnerabilities, their wisdom, and life experiences as well as hearing from genuine, every day, workers inside the industry, what makes them tick, how they are surviving the impact of Covid-19 and their insights into where the industry is going.
The show will be weekly and drop every Monday.
